Keep in mind that this coral can and will grow quickly and spread everywhere, irritating or smothering other corals in the process. I had an infestation in an old tank and it was impossible to get rid of it.

I see you have a diamond goby in one of the pictures. I was thinking about getting one for sand sifting is he doing a good job in your tank?

the diamond goby does an unbelievable job my sand is white as when i bought it the first day. but he did burrow under my rocks and shifted the whole rock work but not really a big deal cuz its solid.

he'll sift sand ALL day long and move sand as well as bury thing at times . they are actually very amusing.

when i first got mine he went right to the bottom of the tank and burrowed a hole by flipping sand with its tail and hid-out for about a day before he roamed the tank.

as far as feeding he'll eat anything.

definately my second favorite fish next to my new sixline wrasse

Alveopora are easier to keep than goniopora (flower pot coral) but make sure you read up on its feeding requirements :)
