I decided to give reefs2go a shot because they happen to have one of my favorite dottybacks and they were having a 20% sale.here's my experience start to finish:

I placed my order wich was fairly large$300ish.asked if the could please not ship tues or wed. I got a timely responce sure no problem we will ship it out the fallowing week.that's fine my tanks not going anywhere.in the mean time I decide id like to add 2 more fish to the order,so I email them and she says sure billing will send you a bill shortly. Nothing that day.the fallowing day comes and I got nothinf so I asked again and got a speedy reply its on the way.great I pay for it. I get an email they're shipping wed I reply please don't ship wed I wont be around to receive it.oops ok they fix it to ship thurs.wed comes and I get a shipping notification that my order will ship today.I quickly reply I can't receive it thurs.they reply shortyly after they missed it and its now corrected.im all excited to get my order.it ships and arrives, the box looked alittle on the small side but I go on optimisticly. I take the fish out and begin to sort them and I notice my dottybacks(2) weren't there,1 jawfish was missing and my 2 later additions were missing.then I find the packing slip they were unable to ship the jawfish and the 2 dottybacks.later that day they refund me for the 2 late additions.and the fallowing day for the dottybacks but not tne jawfish.I politely inform them with sevral emails they mistakenly did not refund me 1 fish.no replys after a week and a half I file with paypal and the next day it is resolved with a refund.all in all 1 casualty wich isn't to bad but im not to pleased with them so I didn't even bother to tell them to get store credit. What did arrive was nice and mostly healthy.pre order customer service was good but once they had my money they were nowhere to be found.

If you choose to orcer with them call to confirm they have what you want and it will be able to ship when you want.it apears they have quality livestock and mostly good pricing.personally I don't think I will be ordering again just based on customer service.

i cant believe that these stores think they can get away with this stuff, they better start asking if their customers are part of 3reef before they screw them over. or there goes your business! haha

i also did not have a good experience with them. sadly i threw it in the trash it was 60 dollars, sea whips and some algae ( 40 dollars items 20.00 shipping) so i blew it off as oh well lesson learned. lesson is.... do not read bad feedback written by others and proceed to order.

they actually just wrapped the sea whips in a circle and put them in a bag! no water! and shipped them 2 day mail. algae stunk so bad on arrival i trashed that right away. it was sad how little care was taken in packing and getting the order to me alive and well.

thanks for the offer , i had ordered halimeda and mermaids fans. the main reason i ordered was the great price on sea whips. do you grow macro algaes in your tank or just in your refugium?
