So... I dropped my refractometer into a bucket of saltwater:angry: Pulled it out quickly and looked in it. I noticed some water inside at the bottom of the blue screen. It's dried out now and I don't see water.

Question is..... Is it ruined? Should I buy a new one?

I'd dunk it in fresh water and let it dry out.
It's simply a prism so it should be fine.
Make sure you have/get a bottle of calibration fluid, if you don't already - which you should already have :)

+1 using 1.026 calibration is best way to make sure it's ok.
