    Not running yet but it is installed....need to do some light changes..too much crap on the rim of the tank///bigger tank????////maybe next year.
    Got one of those AquaFuge2 25"X4.5"X12"...Got everything to fit..that was the challange....so it looks like it will be ok...
    Now....KITTY LITTER? this is no joke? Make sure it is non perfume?..Does anyone have a brand they have used with success?
    Would like specifics....This is the next step...and I do not want to stumble.

    Hartz pH5 kitty litter, you can get it at most any grocery store and I'm pretty sure wally world... it's pure clay and nothing else


    the tank looks really pretty nice and colorful!

    Looking good you can seed your refugium with copepods once it is 100% set up to jump start your population they are called Tiggerpods and the come live in a bottle in the refridgerated section of your LFS.

    So...Some cheto, live rock and freak'n kitty litter....go figure.....so I would guess about 2 inches deep of kitty litter?...add some water, let it settle and then add the rock and cheto, then let er rip?
