regal tang possible ill?

    hey i have a regal tang and over the past few days shes not been very active but still eating but tonight when i got home i noticed that she has lots of little blue/black lines over her see attached photo i know the tank looks dirty and thats only because i work most of the week and it only gets cleaned on the weekends the water quality is perfect and no other fish is effected she is fairly old so it this just nature taking its course or is she ill and in need of desprate help

    any advise/help is fantastic

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    You might look into black ich, not sure based on the images.

    She looks like she has the beginnings of Lateral Line Disease or she is old and her immune system is shot.

    Hope she/he pulls through for you.

    the main diet is tetra marine granules but its supplemented with dried shrimp and frozen foods

    Absolutely needs marine algae, as in Nori.

    These fish are algae eaters in the wild, that is all they do is graze all day on algae.
