I can't get this song outta my head!! It's kinda catchy in a 50s sort of way. Love the sax and bassline. Amy Winehouse? I won't go!!

She's some British artist. She's covered with tattoos and makes up her eyes like an Egyptian queen.

Interesting, I agree like that baseline but her voice...... OUCH, hurts my ears! Kinda nice to look at though.

 

Somehow I close my eyes and hear Motown. I think of Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin. It's also somehow got that 80's British pop thing going at the same time, i.e. UB40, Fine Young Cannibals, etc.
