I think it looks really amazing the way you worked in with the other wall like you did. Great work.

Happy Holidays Everyone!! My wife hooked me up with some LED's for my tank. I started another thread with some questions but wanted to post some pictures here as well. So far I am really happy with them.

Here are some of the specs for the lights I got:

    - Blue Reef 120 watt LED system
    - 55 - 2 watt LEDS (35 white and 20 blue)
    - 2 chords and switches to turn on only white or only blue
    - Dimensions 16L x 8.5W x 2.5H
    - Built in power supply
    - Fan cooled (3 Fans)

I installed them this afternoon and they sit about 16 inches above the surface of the water and about 45 inches above the sandbed. My plan is to lower them another 6 inches or so but I want to give the coral a chance to adjust to the new lights before I do so. Let me know what you think!! :)

Thanks! I have been really happy with how things have turned out. I can not believe how much more everything pops with the LEDs. It's like having a new tank!

Lol Thanks, I do have a very awesome and understanding wife. As long as she does not have to do anything with the tank she likes it.. I did have to ask her to empty the skimmer once when I was traveling for work.. That did not go over well!!! :furious3: :-X
