removeing algae

    I dealt with my Bryopsis in the more extreme way of nuking the whole tank and starting over. If you are sure it is Bryopsis then the bad news is nothing eats it (it is toxic to fish and inverts) . You can pull it off and it will only spread more. You can starve it from light and it will subside then return later. It will never go away untill you completely remove all traces of it from your system. I hope for your sake it isn't Bryopsis how about some pics of it to get a better ID?
