I have some zoas that have grown to rocks i don't want them to be on, but it would be far to hard to remove the rock out of the water to take the zoas out. How should i remove these zoas?

Are they going to bother something? Its natural for them to grow on rocks they are near. Just deal with them. You could kill them trying to scrape them off.

yes, they are actually bothering corals which is why i wanted to know.

I was also afraid of the possible release of toxins within the tank if i simply scraped them off in the tank, otherwise i would have just done that, fragged em and given them to some of my friends.

that is a possibility for some, but on others the rock they are growing in is to small, and i would risk messing up the corals the zoas are messing with. I might just risk using a blade and cutting them if its really not that big of a deal, but i was under the impression that the toxins could harm everything in my tank.
