I'm needing to do a quick repair on a cracked cross brace on a fuge I'm switching to today. I'm assuming I'll sandwich the cracked cross brace between 2 more pieces of acrylic, maybe 0.25" thick. I looked online at lowes and hobby lobby and this was the closest I came to acrylic glue...

Is that what I want? Should either place have something better, maybe I'm just not finding it online. I'm wanting to go to the store and get it in the next hour so hoping for a quick reply. Thanks

I'm thinking that you need acrylic cement to do the job with. I would get that if the brace and the pieces you are adding is acrylic

At Lowes I almost went with jb weld but I found an epoxy that listed acrylic as one of the materials it bonds. Got it all glued now and just waiting until later today to let it cure before I fill it.
