    You calculate the rejection rate by taking your tap water TDS, subtracting the RO only TDS, dividing that number by the original tap water TDS then multiplying that number by 100.

    Lets use a tap TDS of 250 and a RO only TDS of 5 as an example.
    250-5=245, 245/250=0.98, 0.98x100=98% rejection rate or removal efficiency.
