    what is Selcon? Can you use it with mysis? Or just soak seaweed with it?

    Selcon is an awesome food soak for marine life. I soak pellets, flake, and mysis twice a week. I also add it when I make my own fish food and freeze it. It provides fatty acids as well, I swear by this stuff. It clouds the water for a bit but it actually benefits inverts.
