Resolutions

DO better at work

and have fun in 2011

Sorry its late to post but had to be up at work a 0500 this morning lol

 

Mine are

stay alive another year ( the healthy part ran out a long time ago )
finish installing my solar panels 8)
finish my solar frag tank setup
and lower my utility bills by another 100 bucks a month. ;D

 

To repeat last years resolution:

I resolve to continue resisting the urge to rip the cell phone out of the hands of others, throw it down, and stomping on it when;

A) You're in a conversation with someone and their phone vibrates and they suddenly end the conversation mid-stream and return a text

B) You're in a conversation with someone and their phone rings and they just start talking to them ending the conversation mid-stream. Ex. "Oh, I was having serious problems with my tank. Curt told me if I brought him a water sample and pictures, he would help me. No, I hadn't heard that Mary was moving. Did you hear that Bob lost his job....." AAARRRGGGGHHH!!!!

C) You're in a restaurant trying to have a nice time and the person at the table next to you decides to call a bunch of people while waiting for their food.

and many, many more similar circumstances. Cell phones have truly made a rude population even more rude.

 

1. To take better care of my car and keep up with the recommended maintance....took it in yesterday for an oil change and replace the headlight, came out $750 later, headlight still not working but had both an oil and transmission leak and almost lost a transmission because there was SO much sludge in there that it took 2 flushes and it is still nasty!
2. Dont sweat the small stuff so much.
3. Loose A TON of weight
4. Find a job that I actually like!

 

Some Great resolutions out there! Love the Cellphones one! you are ssoooooo right I hate cell phone!

I have added to mine...

Get aquarium website up and running
Begin Running every morning
Lose 20 pounds --- stepped on the scale this morning and about passed out (havent stepped on it since a month before christmas)
Stick to my tank maintenance schedule
Take the dog to the dog park more often.


The list continues! Im going to try my hardest to stick to at least some of these

Getting married in the next year!

Last year I quit smoking. Made it the entire year with one cig.

This year
1) Finish master's in Educational Leadership.
2) Pay off credit card.
3) Finish the entire P90X program, get back into my presmoking shape.
