Return line pump enough?

    I have a Cap 2200 that is 581 GPH is this enough for my 90 DT or do I need more?

    About perfect if that is at head height. You want the flow through the sump at about 5X the display. Any faster and you're just moving water past the fuge, reactors, and skimmer faster than they can process it, making them less efficient.
