After A bad experience with a LFS, after a six year absence I have Decided to return to the hobby. I have recently purched a RSM After talking to Marine Depot and weighing all the options. Since it has been a little while since my last tank Is there any tips and trick that anybody would love share. Thanks

    I recommend a refractometer over a hydrometer

Yeah thanks for the tips, I am using IO crystals, And RO water from my LFS. I have been thinking about a refractometer since my thermometer was off by 1.5 degrees. Which one do you all prefer to use. I also added 10 more pounds of live rock this morning.
