Pretty much exactly what the title says: I'm in the middle of a copper treatment so I took the chemi pure out, it's sitting in a bucket with some water, and I'm wondering if it can be thrown back in the sump after treatment. Common sense is telling me no; I don't want what I'm trying to get rid of to be reintroduced. BUT, chemi pure ain't cheap! LOL. And I will have to use some kind of carbon to remove copper (btw, I don't have any inverts, so don't worry about that), so basically I'm asking if anyone knows if parasites can live in the chemi pure out of tank??
    TIA

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Yes, Cryptocaryon irritan can encapsulate on any medium so there is a remote possibility that the parasite could remain viable. After all your hard work I would take that chance.
