This is less then 24hrs after running in tank. Great foam action and wow talk about quiet. I'm sitting 2 1/2' from the tank and don't hear a thing. My verdict's not completely in yet but so far it gets a 2 *thumbs up* from me.

Good to hear! So you were able to fit it with the pump and return from the aqua fuge? I should have got the medium :(

Not sure I understand your question. I've got the skimmer sitting right next to the fuges intake pump. Inside the tank.

Congrats, you've wanted that thing for a LONG time! I still love mine, a few issues with some micro bubbles here or there, but only when i add certain stuff to the tank!

I'm sure ya just had it off for the video, but make sure ya keep the air hose above the skimmer! Trust me!;) oops!

Hey you finally picked on up. :) Glad you are happy with the new skimmer!

I am having microbubble problems now too. I've gotten used to it. ::)

Well I was worried because the fuge is 19 inches wide and the skimmer 3.5. Tank is 24 inches wide, and that's not counting rim which takes away some more width. I didn't know if I would have enough room to fit the fuge inside the tank with the skimmer, so I got the small one.

What size tank do you have your Slim Skim nano on? I was thinking about getting it for a 36gal bowfront but was debating on going with the larger model for a few bucks more but really dont like how much bigger of a footprint it will take up in the tank

Check the video again :) the air hose/tube whatever is attached to the rim of the tank. Right in front of your eyes!
Here's what I've noticed about the micro bubbles. The closer it is to any sort of pump that *draws water* it seems to draw the micro bubbles right out the bottom of the skimmer too. Noticed this when my Mp10 does it's little wave thingy. It just pulls them bubbles right out. They don't bother me though :)

@PGH: this is the nano skimmer rated for tanks up to 35g and my tank is a 26g bow front. Personally for your tank I'd go with the larger which is rated for tanks up to 55g. Just my opinion :)

I got the big one used for 50 bucks. Only 6 months old! It's great, but HUGE in my 46 g. Also, what do I do with the wet skim ate? It's just yellow water.
