I'm going to list these in the order i planned to add them, please critique list, or change order if you see any problems.
    1 Diamond watchman goby
    1 one spot foxface
    3 Pajama cardinals
    1 blue throat trigger
    4 lyretail anthias
    2 ocelaris clowns
    1 swallowtail angel
    1 Powder blue tang
1 mandarin to be added later (want pods to be better established)

Would my 125g be overstocked with this list?

The same reason you are adding the mandarin last is the same reason you would want to wait for the Diamond Watchman. It is a sand sifting goby that requires an established sand bed to sift through all day. Triggers don't make for the best additions in a reef tank, due to their taste for inverts. But I am not familiar enough with Bluethroats to say one way or the other.

If you did get the whole list, I think I would do it more like this:

    3 Pajama cardinals
    1 one spot foxface
    1 swallowtail angel
    4 lyretail anthias
    2 ocelaris clowns
    1 blue throat trigger
    1 Powder blue tang
    1 Diamond watchman goby
1 mandarin to be added later

That list includes a 3 that require 125 min, or 7 if you include the school if Anthias. That is probably borderline or over the edge with the larger fish IMO.

Powder blues are beautiful but very aggressive. Mine will not allow any fish to be added after him. He still fights with my clowns and chrmis from time to time.

Perhaps I should swap the powder blue for a smaller tang?

I never understand stocking lists. I am adding fish very slowly and barely know what I want next let alone last. But go for it; looks like a good list to me, but an established sand Ed is a must for mandarins unless you take the time to train them to eat other supplemental food.

Mandarins will hunt mostly on rock IIRC
