    May slow down in time

The one I had had "viewing" moments most of the time - slower swimming. However it swan around a lot when establishing space or chasing a specific fish in my tank.

    Beautiful fish. Enjoy.

When new to a tank, I find Flame Angels try and hide behind rockwork whenever people are around. Once they get used to the traffic (usually only a few days), it will swim all around. Hopefully yours is eating well!
