    Once a ricordea splits at this point what do most people do? If I leave it alone will it eventually split again? SHould I cut them apart?

    If you want it somewhere else in your tank, you can cut it and get it to stick elsewhere. If not, you can just let it be and eventually they will split again.

    They will reproduce on their own but you can propagate them if you want.

    mine was splitting so i cut it in half and stuck it in a glass cup with coral rubble on the bottom...soon they will attach and u can glue them to a nice rock and bam!!!
