90 watts of VHO T6 lights over a 15 gal tall nano. Right now it is thriving my frogspawn, green star polyp and xenia. which today is growing cuz I see more heads popping up. and a mushroom.

I have my ricordea florida in a 75g, there's 17" of water from top line to sand on bottom, the ric is about an inch and a half off the sand on a rock just out of direct line of one of my 150w 14k metal halide bulbs, there's a lower flow down there, it sways gently and is vibrant and thriving.

Florida Rics are very hardy and can handle low to high lighting. Yumas will either thrive or melt away. I keep them both at my bottom 22 inches under the 150 MH bulb.
