I am running 3 boost leds about 5 inches over a 20 gallon tank, I have LPS and zoas.

I run the lights 6 on 6 off, is this long enough or to long?

everything seems to be doing ok but it sometimes just dosent seem long enough for the lights to be on or off.

Naturally there is a 12 on 12 off light schedule or 10 on 14 off in nature, so most people go off that. I used to do a 12-12 but I had algae problems but so far the 10-14 has been great.

One more thing, I only have my daylights on for 8hrs a day, because my actinics are on an hour before and after my daylights so maybe you could do something like that. You could have only 1 or two Par30s come on for an hour then have all of them for 8 and keep one or two on an hour after.

Yes add an hour per week so they get used to the longer period.
