Rinsing aragamax oolitic sand

    Anyone have any advice on how to best rinse the Carib-Sea Aragamax Sugar Fine sand? I used it in my ten gal I set up recently and it created a huge dust cloud and now I was going to put the extra in my 29 gal, slowly phase out the coarser sand I have in their now.

    an old pillow case was a suggestion I once read on here (sorry I cannot remember who it came from)

    basically put the sand in the pillow case and run water through it and the dust etc will run out, but the sand should be trapped inside
