Sad news of the passing of Captain Phil Harris. I've been a devoted watcher of Deadliest Catch since the first episode. Phil lived a crazy life and was not the picture of perfect health in anyway, but still a sad day, he was only 53.

I have been following this show since the beginning even before it was "Deadliest Catch" it was the "Deadliest Job" and Bing was my favorite captain. I love Sig and Phil.

I watch the show too and they even had in the shows where he was coughing up blood. Sad that his boys had to see him go at such an early age.
