    Has any one ordered from osCommerce one of our sponsors? I want to order a clam from them but they have no contact telephone number. I never order from a company unless they have a contact phone number.

    PS, I noticed that Reef Success also does not have a contact number!

    They do have a "Contact us" that allows you to e-mail them. Perhaps you could request a phone number prior to ordering.

    Yep, I already emailed them. Its always a hassle to deal with a problem if there is no phone number.

    Yes, I have ordered from them 3 or 4 times in the past. Billy has always responded in a timely manner via email... I can understand how you would feel more comfortable with a phone number. Fortunately I haven't needed it, hopefully you won't either :) But I am sure he will answer all your questions and give you what you need.

    Well, I received an Email back from Billy with a telephone number and called him. I just placed an order for a beautiful Ultra grade Crocea clam.
