I am not sure which one to get but I know I want ocellaris/percula clownfish. I like the look of ritteris but carpets are cool too. Which of those is the best choice for a pair of clownfish to host?

ritteris are hard to keep and carpets get colossal, i love carpets but iv read several testimonies that they are quite ferocious eaters hence your fish may be at risk and as mentioned, due to size require a large system.

i have two percula that took a liking to both a condy anemone and quadricolor, i would suggest a bubble tip as they are hardy, relatively small and super awesome....

    my 2 cents

I haver a 300 gallon tank so space isnt an issue and I'd like to have a "highlight" of my tank such as my "zoa garden cave" for my marine betta is in the center of the tank but I left a huge empty spot so I can put an anemone there but not sure what species to get. Don't BTA's split and move sometimes? Don't want them ruining the reef

my orange ones have been static but i did have a large green one end up in my skimmer. what lighting do you have? 300 is indeed large enough for a carpet but the issue of predation remains (though I'm a believer that it unlikely, especially in larger systems).

in that case definitely go for a carpet, whenever i see a blue or red one i drool....

by the way i demand photographic evidence of your zoo garden and betta please....

retteris would clearly be the more "unique" choice though...
