RKL programing tip/advice.

Well santawifey came through and I now own the RKL plus. woot woot;D..
ok pulled this bad boy out of the box ,opened the manual,and was like, ummm.....this manual is horrible(at lest to me)..I read about it before when doing my research ,but never figured it was this bad..lol...well Ive gone to there site and read little,and seem to be making good progress.Just wondered if anyone out here had one and could offer some cool tricks or tips...But from what Ive already been able to do Its amazing.I have no idea why I never got one from the start.....;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D;D8)...TIA.....

 

The forum on their website was a big help to me. Lots of helpful people, many of which are end users like ourselves but can make sense out of the directions.

 

I never had an issue programing mine, but it did have a problem when I went to one of the screens and so I had to call in the help line and they just told me to do a factory reset, which fixted it. Mine is set up very simply and really didn't take that long to fiddle with, I was expecting much worse. Once you start working with it the directions should make more sence.

 

Yes deff deff was a big help.I feel it is a must to visit their site to get a better user point of veiw..

This happend to me also.I was navigating through sections and one would come up with a crazy looking text.but instead of calling just visited the site and in only reading a couple post voila.just had to factor reset and off I went...this thing rocks...deff worth the money all the way....
