It's just under a 1/4". It's actually as thick as the glass used to build my 46 LOL. You can see that it's thicker than normal in the pics.

I would strongly advise against putting a peacock in a 10g. Even if you reinforce the glass, it's not going to have enough room to be happy imo.

 

I agree, no peacocks in anythins smaller than a 20... preferably a 29 or bigger

When is your mantis arriving?

 

I haven't even got a confirmation on the order. Since he has my CC info I don't want to order from someone else. Not impressed at all. Called today no return call, emailed yesterday and today no response.

Officially time to be concerned

Ok. Anyone following the <vote my mantis home> thread knows that I had placed an order for an N. Wennerae last week but never received a confirmation or replies to email and voice message. Well today is the day for official concern. My card was charged the $50 dollars this morning and STILL no confirmation or reply. To hieghten my anxiety I have, after a month of searching and placing requests found a pretty rare for sale species in the US. A G. Glabrous. But I can't get ahold of Richard to cancel my order before it ships.

 

If he charged your card this morning, that may mean he shipped the mantis today. I know most places don't charge your credit card until the item actually ships. But it is weird you never got an order confirmation....

 

Dude! Just get em both... lol. The Wenneraes are pretty mild tempered when it comes to fish, just put him in one of your tanks or a fuge or somethin... my LFS has one with some pipe fish
