I found these RO units on ebay by dyoneb.
If you guys/gals could go to ebay and search (RO water filters) to see if they are good or garbage. RO units for 60 bucks?? If any of you bought, or have an opinion on these please let me know before I waste the money, got lots of other stuff to do that on;D

not bad for 60 bucks but that DI filter is kinda small and you only have 3 large sediment filters.I have a full size one (same size as the 3 vertical in the picture) and it dosent last 12 mos i get maybe 4 tops, but it also depends on the TDS of your water supply, mines at about 400- 500 ppm.
depending how much RO/DI you use a month ie: waterchanges/topoffs it may be perfect for your needs.
Make sure you get a TDS meter so you'll know when fileters need replacing.

Thanks Nugio, I,m thinking of going with one of those units unless I get a lot of
    bad feedback from other members.

I have one and have had no problems with it at all. Been using it for topoff and changes for about 6 months, and TDS out is still at 0.

I just ordered the same ro/di system for my office tank. The unit is $60.00 and shipping was $38.00(32+6insurance).I was going to buy one for a friend and they would not give me a discount on the shipping(thats dumb).

How about the one for 99 dollars with the storage tank? I thought I could use it also for my refrigrator tap with maybe a valve when I fill buckets since the laundry room is right underneath and it is tapped down there, they have RO drinking water as well.

There are actually 2 listing with tanks - one is 189 with a clear looking canisters and one that is 99. Any thoughts????
