Wondering if anybody has any idea what could be happening here.
Water pressure from main water line to house is 60psi.
RODI is BRS 5 stage 75gpd.
Pressure gauge on unit reads 55psi.
Psi started dropping to around 35 on rodi pressure gauge
changed out all filters and membrane as well as DI resin.
Unit was back up to 55psi for a few days then went back to 35psi.
House water pressure has not changed from 60psi.
    TDS reads 0
    Any help would be appreciated

Does it read 35 all of the time, or only when running?

Only when running. I have two meters one at the main water coming into my home 65psi
And one on the rodi unit. That is the one that reads 35psi.

Is the flow restrictor installed correctly and what is the exact measured waste ratio using a measuring cup and clock or watch for one minute each?
What happens to the pressure gauge when you crimp the waste line?
How is the RO/DI hooked to your cold water supply, faucet adapter, self tapping valve, wye, wall adapter etc?

He said he just installed new replacement filters so thats probably not it. It is a very common problem with older filters though and a good catch.

Thanks for the replies folks. I am out of the house but will let you know tomorrow. Earlier today I took everything apart and blew out all the lines and checked for any blockages as well I checked to make sure the flow restricter was the right way
