I was looking in to ordering a RO/DI system that would not break the bank. I found this one that seems to be good.

Value Series RODI System :: Value Series Systems :: RODI Systems :: Buckeye Field Supply, Ltd.

there are a couple of i different ones i can order 50gpd, 75gpd, 100gpd, 150gpd. They are all the same price, whats the difference and which would be best for a 72 gal tank.

also what other pieces/valves/adapters do i need to buy if i wanna use this for filling up enough water for a tank.

    Thanks!

The GPD depends on you... I like higher GPD as I don't like to store water and when I want to do a water change I don't want to wait 2 days to do one.
Just about all ROs are the same as the membrane is the important part and there is only three manufactors of them in the US so every RO unit has one of three membranes in it. What sets them all apart is the way they are made-the RO unit that is- and what kind of features it has. Some come with TDS meters or pressure gauges and all that.
Most come with garden hose adapters so the adapters you will need depends on where you will set up the unit.
I have a sink adapter and I run mine off the kitchen sink whenever I need to use it. Many people tap into a cold water line, this is easy and allows you to run the RO all the time if you need but optimal water production occurs at around 77 degrees with about 50-80 psi so the cold water line will cause more waste water and slower production.

The main thing to consider is how you are planning on storing water, that will determine what unit to get, oh and the frequency and amount of W/C's

    Happy searching!
