    You were lucky then, the average rejection for an off the shelf membrane is more like 97%.
    Could be cation or anion depening upon the needs. They also buy from many different manufacturers so the blends are known only to them. Their reef RO/DI is only a small part of what they do, they are huge in the hydrogen fuel cell business with many world wide companies and they use large quantities of resins.
