While I haven't used that model, I can recommend another brand that is also a 3reef sponsor. I use Air, Water & Ice's Mighty Mite and it's friggin sweet! Their replacement filter packs are affordable as well.
They have several 75gpd products on their site and this one looks great. It even includes a TDS meter and a DI bypass for drinking water.

Aquarium Water | Reverse Osmosis | RODI Water | ReefKeeper Water | Compact III 75GPD with DI Bypass Assembly and TDS Meter

A 75gpd should take about an hour and forty-five minutes to fill up a 5gal.

Time depends on how much your water temp varies from the systems ideal. In the winter it might take 2.5 hours. Should be a good unit.

Yeah, that's why I opted for a unit that is made for counter top usage. It screws right in to my faucet, therefore I can control the temp 8)

I warm it up to 77F before putting through the filters. The filters optimum output is usually from the 76-77F range.

as someone mentioned it actually matters on temp and ive noticed barometric pressure plays into my Ro/Di output.

its about an hour and a half on my 75GPD unit to get a 5gal bucket full. consider getting a float valve on your bucket so you can just never be without water in that bucket. i have a 37gal rubbermaid trash can i use for RO storage with a valve. Works like a champ. Tbaquatics.com sells one for ~$8 thats what I have on 2 of my 3 ATO's

careful how far up the temp range you go. if you look into the cartridges themselves they have a max temp range specficiations. if you get it too warm it'll actually not work as well and limit the life of the cartridge.
