I'm looking at RO/DI units for my tank. My wife wants RO drinking water. The choices I'm seeing are overwhelming and the info is somewhat confusing. I'd like to put the unit in the basement closer to my tank but I don't know if an RO/DI unit would have the pressure needed to push the water upstairs to the fridge and kitchen sink. My water softener is in the basement as is the water heater. Any suggestions or additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Just found these guys. I added a DI to my Kent system. Customer service is fantastic. Lots of info here too.
