    mm' you could purchase a brass Y-valve i would suppose off the cold side .
    like mine...i have a Y valve

    or a T-valve "smae thing" with a shut off to your RO unit...

    Here,,,, I my self would suggest you goto your utility room where your washer dryer is
    and run off the cold water line there >

    as you can see from the valve , thats bout 10$ or less for a brass T-off valve you can purchase at any home center.
    all ya need is a pair of channel-lock pliers.. and hand tighten the plastic valve BY HAND only....

    and don't get all wild with the pliers.. ok... easy on the tightening ,, "fa''ness it ( easy on it ) brass/plasic are not like a 55 chevy ok...LOL

    My laudry room is super small

    My only bet would be under my sink
