ro unit

im making water with my ro unit right now and its giving out a hissing nose
does that mean i have to change the membrane or is it some thin else
i check there are no leaks

 

I think that it might need to be bleed (Bleed the air out) Usually when its needing a change the flow will slow down

 

Mine does that as well, but I have a faucet hook up and the pressure isn't optimum.
I'm sure it will be fine, my works well even w/ the hiss.

On the Balder which is a big propane looking can there should be a air release valve like on a car tire. This is just from my experience there may be a better opinion out there

+1 I doubt the hissing is going to effect anything....even if it is annoying.

 

its doesnt really bother me just thought some thing was wrong
