    It's a basement area. It used to be just dirt and is the perfect spot for a fish room. It is only one floor down in this house :)

    The tank should be arriving any week now. I think the "stand" is going to get built this week - that would be the structure that will be built to hold it.

    Below is a picture of the stairs - just finished this week - and a rough footprint of where the tank will be.

    I took delivery of the tank on Friday - some pics:

    Tank on the Truck - it took six of us to get it up there. We ran 4x4s through each hole on the sled and lifted it from each side.
