Sure. That could happen. Let me know. It might cost you some pizza and beer though. :)

    Latest News:

    - I bought two new 250 gallon polyethylene cylindrical tanks from NTO Tanks - one will be for salt water and the other for fresh make-up. They are 30" diameter x 79" tall. I was just about to buy two that were 44" diameter because I wanted shorter/fatter since I'm living in earthquake country now, but then I realized that there was no way to fit one that size through the door! So I had to go with the taller (and hence more likely to tip over) and will likely use the same straps as are required on hot water heaters here.

    - I also got my sump - or at least left a down payment - today. I've been scouring Craigs List for the past couple weeks looking for a large acrylic tank that I could use as a sump. I found a number of 120s and 125s at great prices, but my thoughts were that for 350 gallons of tank plus likely another 150 gallons of fuge and water change volume that I needed at least 150 gallons. While searching the lists this week I came across a store in San Jose that is down-sizing and had a bunch of tanks and equipment they were trying to get rid of. I found an 8' x 2' x 2' sump for $250! I'm loving that! It will give me a TON of room for baffles, etc. The only issue is getting it down the 2+ flights of stairs, across some rough ground and into the filter room. I hope they have Two Men and a Truck out here :)

    - I shipped some lights, tools and my RO/DI out last week so I will likely pick up the sump this week, get it set up how I want it then have all my rock shipped from Florida (from World Wide Corals) so I can start some cycling.

    No, no! :)

The two 175g bullnose are still the plan. The 250g cylinders are polyethylene and are for the filter room. One is for fresh water makeup and the other is to hold new salt for water changes.
