    More progress:

    - Big tanks moved from the stairs (thank god, the wife was NOT happy) to the filter room and put in place. They had to take the frame off in a couple spots, but not bad.

    - Pipes run from the tank area to the filter room. They still need to be painted, but they are in place.

    To Dos:

    - Paint pipes

    - Run Electrical (decided to run two dedicated 20 amp circuits)

    - Take down columns in the house.

    - Plumb from pipe stubs in wall to tank locations.

    - Put a smoke detector in the filter room connected to alarm system.

    Pics!:

Pipes down side of house - need to be painted:

More news and a potential snag:

    - Everything that is critical to be done is done. I still need to run the PVC under the stairs between the tanks, but that's an hour job at worst. Just waiting on the tanks now.

    - The snag: I got contacted by the store holding my fish that I need them to vacate the premises by April 1! They have the contract on one of Universal Studios' large tanks and they need a place to keep those fish. That's only about three weeks away and I think I need more like 5-6.

    Current schedule:

    - Tanks due to arrive week of 3/21.
    - Live rock early the same week.
    - Tanks probably set up that same week.

The problem is that I need time to cycle before I add back in the fish and I'm not going to have it. I think I'm in decent shape because the rock is 100% cured, but there will still be a cycle.

I'm on a plane to Orlando right now on business and I'm going to stop by the store while I'm there to plead for two more weeks.

and with all the ups and downs of builds, it always seems you could write a book of the adventures that are seemingly inherit....or just a really long thread
