OK it was time to over haul my rodi all new filters and ro membrane, replaced the auto shut off with a new one being the old one was shot and wouldn't shut down. and it still runs waste water when shut down, any ideas the only thing i can think is the check valve on the membrane housing is bad to.

See if it would shut down without the ATO...if it doesn't, then I would "think" that either a faulty valve/knobs on faucet/pipe. I would disconnect the rodi and see if the pipe/faucet leaks.

From there we can cross out what it can't be. Also, check the lines, make sure everything is screwed on tighly/secured properly. Remember the KISS method.

Low and behold :2thumbsup the check valve on the membrane seems to be the culprit, i took it out and blew through it and it dos seem to stick and not open right every once in the wile.
i reinstalled it and hook it all back up and it worked once or twice and stuck again. :( so i could keep the new ro membrane wet till i get the part in the mail, i put a shutoff on the drain line turned the water on till all air was out and then turned all valves off.
