I just got my new vertex 100gpd rodi unit and have it running but I am getting a 4:1 waste to water ratio at best. Does anybody have any input on the problem?

The ratio of waste to RODI water will vary depending on your water quality where you live IMO. This is probably about the same ratio I have. As long as I am getting 0 TDS I dont worry about it too much.

4:1 is exactly what you want.

Is the di cartridge supposed to have water in it?

Your di cartridge may not fill all the way up.

It's been running for about 2 hrs and the di canister only has a few drops of water in it
