I believe my clown fish killed the anemone. It was moving and apparently the clownfish was not in agreement with the new location. I found tentacles floating all over the place last night before lights out. smh This morning I'm going to move stuff around and see if it's still alive in a corner somewhere. If it is it's going in the refugium to recover hopefully. I can't physically see it all all so it might not be a good ending.

Look at the ends of the tentacles. There was a big chunk floating around earlier so I took it out and put it in the refugium for it to heal.

wow rolo, your pond looks amazing! it's so hard to tell when an anemone is going to split in imo - I've had a couple of occasions where I thought mine might be and then it just opened back up with nothing changed.

Thank you OFK I love sitting in the yard now. As far as the anemone, I witnessed the rough housing first hand. He (the clown) literally yanked chunks out trying to get the anemone where he wanted it to be. The last straw was a huge chunk that I seen the star fish eating. Then I decided to find it and take it out so it can split or heal in peace. Crazy clownfish. It looked like a zombie wandering around aimlessly lost. He's in rehab now.

Thanks. Having pond issues and they're ugly. A rat decided to have babies in the rock work or behind the pond liner not sure. However, there's holes in it now. Water got behind the liner and it's ugly. Can't put poison cause of the dog and fish and turtle. So got a trap. The next step I guess is to remove the liner and go with cement. I should of did it from the get go.

The Nem is healing and I happened to get a nice time lapse video.

that video reminds me of a human intestine

so sorry to hear about the pond - taking the liner out and replacing with cement is not a small job. There is no other option?
