    Hi I am new to keeping fish and would like to learn more. i have a jebo 3100 with freshwater tropical fish. i bought it 2nd hand and i am not sure of setting up the filter. It is a top filter and has 2 chambers side by side. one chamber has a foam media and the other has ceramic media. does foam go over the top of the ceramic media. whats the most effective way to set it up? regards rooboy
