Room smells like ocean

I hear this is normal.... I guess I was lucky and never had a smelly cycle.

It's sad.

 

The rule of thumb when it comes to skimmer collection cups is arm's length away at all times. I try to empty it when no one else is in the room.

I am a lucky person because I have an awesome LFS. When you buy live rock from this guy, you get to select the pieces from his own display tanks in the store. Some I wanted to buy but didn't because some goby's or a shrimp had made it their little cave and I just couldn't do that to them, but knowing that you're getting the rock his healthy fish live with is fantastic. And he has 2 giant 75+ tanks in his back room filled with liverock waiting to join the display room.

I had to delete 9 posts in this thread that were completely inappropriate for a fish site and immature. This is a family forum. You all need to understand that and keep it clean. If you can't, I will take administrative actions with individuals as needed.
