I was wondering if a Royal Gramma would be too much for a 3gal tank to handle. I see that it's only 3 inches, but i also know that some fish produce more waste than the whole 1 inch/gal rule takes into account. However, I do do a 1/3 water change every other day, so maybe waste wouldn't be an issue. I have a feeling this is a dumb question and i'm going to get beat down for even thinking a 3 gal tank would be okay, but it never hurts to ask, right?

IMO, a royal gramma is a push for a 3 gallon tank. I personally wouldn't do more than a clown goby in there. Its just such a small amount of water that so little can do so much to it.

Right now i'm just using a Rio 50+ and the 4 lbs of live rock. However, i might get the Azoo Palm Filter. I'll probably use it for de-nitrification and carbon stones. Or are there better options?
