    Iv read some about them and apparently they really dont care about light but people say to put them in the shade to prevent algae growth on them. I tried this and had 2 problems. 1 i couldnt feed it as well and 2 it would sink into the sand and i was worried it would hurt the polyps. Hes been where he is for a while and seems to be doing fine

    I see! As long as the corals happy! :) You can always designate a smaller rock for the coral and place it on the sandbed, just like the trumpet in my tank.
