Sweet setup. The LEDs are sleek and clean especially the wiring. Very good job.

    Time for another update!!!

Found these little guys all over my glass when i got home from work today! they weren't they yesterday and its probably the first thing that's grown in my tank that I'v seen that I didn't put there on purpose.

They could be, but mine don't look like that. There could be different varieties though.

Dont quote me on this but they might be aiptasia seedlings either way i would remove them.put them in a different container for a few days to monitor them.

Also could be micro brittle stars.

Well poop. I hope its not aiptasia! Theres already WAY too many on the glass to remove them all! would aiptasia be moving around like a starfish? i thought aiptasia grows on stalks where they land?

my wife is watching them to see if they are crawling around like i thought they where, only time will tell i guess!

edit: wife had a great idea to mark them with a dry erase marker on the outside of a glass and see if they are moving in the morning. if they are not moving i will start removing them first thing in the morning!

Yeah aiptasia do move but not often only when they aren't happy where the are.If you already have some you should nuke them with aiptasia x or something.

I dont think they are aiptasias. This is the closest that I can make out it: Staurocladia

You dont have to worry about them unless you have fish fries or young seahorses. Good job capturing them tho!!

They look like hydroid jellyfish. Im not positive, but maybe someone else will add their input to confirm.
