    This is my 55 Gallon Tank.
    I started it in July.

    It's a 55 Gallon tank with a Pro Clear Pro 75 Wet/Dry filter.
    Coralife Lunar Aquatic compact Fluorescent lights
    A NatureReef Denitrification chamber, a Quite One 3000 return pump and a JBJ Oceanstream Circulation Pump/Powerhead + Duo Wavemaker Kit 1600 gph

    Fish include 2 false Clownfish, a bicolor psudochromis, Flame angle and a Sailfin Tang.

    1 Pencil Urchin and a Coral Banded Shrimp.

    Long Tentacle Anemone & Rose Bubble Tip Anemone.

    Several Tubro Snails and Mexican Turbo's along with Nassarius snails, Red Led\g Crabs and Blue Knuckle Crabs.


    Corals include a Goniporia (Flower Pot) Toadstool Leather, Finger Leather, Duncan, Colt Coral, pulsing xenia, encursting star polyps and several other that I can't remember the names of.

    looks great!

    if you don't me asking it looks like you had cyano at one point at least on your sand, how did you combat that? I am in the middle of a cyano outbreak right, I've got it pretty much under control on the rocks but its still on the sand

    and I have the JBJ duo as well, do you feel that they give you enough flow?

    I used Red Slime remover. I does a great job and didn't effect any of my fish or corals. If you don't like using "medication" turning out the lights for 3-4 days works too.

    I tried that the first time during my initial set up and it worked. I really had nothing in the tank at the time so I can't say how coral would react to being without light for that long. I've read others that say they are fine.

    I love the JBJ duo. At time I think it may be too much flow for a 55.
    The only thing I wish is that they were smaller and that the head spun kind of like the Hydor Flo Rotating Water Deflector.

    I have one of those too at the top return. You can see it in the bottom picture above the spray bar.
