    live bloodworms are also readily accepted by most mandarins, (even wild). Older pet stores are more likely to have them, they were a very popular food back in the day. A small percentage of the population is allergic to bloodworms, so be careful and all that...

    Thanks! I think I may have seen her hunting last night - so I'm happy about that! She was staring and then biting at the glass....? :-/

    Thanks for asking. I'm doing okay. I'm in "no man's land" right now. I'm on medication, but we don't really know what's wrong, and I'm not feeling too much better. I'm going back to the cardiologist on Monday. Fingers crossed things go well!

    As mentioned on another thread, my ORA cardinals took a couple weeks to settle in and eat easily (mysis). Now they are pigs and follow me around the room. Hang in there!

    She's a Coton de Tulear, but she's really small for the breed. They look a bit like maltese, but are actually very closely related to the bichon frise. They are nicknamed "clown dogs" and she definitely lives up to that!
