Nah, we have them running around our neighborhood... They walk around like they own the place, such jerks!

Seriously, I don't know if I'd be able to be away from my kid for that long even in a good situation. I feel for you. Hopefully, the weeks will pass quickly.

 

You should make a claim to your local wildlife official. Thats just creul and inhumane. Specially if you know for a fact it was him, and if you can catch em, man o man thats a hefty fine i believe, and if they arent in season while hes doing it, im sure itll carry more fines/time.

My buddies neighbor poisoned his horses, and burned his barn down. Needless to say, ppl in this world suck. why would you do that to an animal? Specially horses. i think 4 died in that incident.

Anywho im sure your kid will be stoked to come home in 4 weeks. Mom sounds real nice.... lol

And you are so right turkeys are very Dum, where I work I see them cross the roads all the time during rush hour like they own the streets.

 

ha,that looks like my back yard,just full of life.Sorry bout your boy though,after one is used to this (like myself too),it'll be an empty nest for a bit,wish I could help ya there,but the 4 weeks will fly for ya,your little buddy will be back in no time!

 

Sorry to hear about your rough time. Hang in there. Wildlife departments do something similar for Geese, but instead of poison, they spray a substance on the eggs so they can hatch. Suppose to help remediate all the goose droppings.

 

Thanks everyone! The deer was awesome, but very illegal in Ohio to have! But what do ya do, let it starve? And the dnr is doing some tests on the dead deer to see!
